4. Trial period

Registering an exchange or return order is possible within 14 days after receipt of your order. You then have 14 days to return the shipment. uses the delivery date of the carrier as the receipt date, unless the order has been delivered to a third party not designated by you.

The shipping costs and risks of returning are for the account of the buyer. You can decide for yourself whether you want to send this via normal mail or with track and trace. We recommend using Track and Trace.

7. Does your return shipments not meet the above conditions?
  • If the return shipment is not (sufficiently) stamped, we are unfortunately forced to charge costs. This concerns the administration costs of € 4.95 and the costs that are charged to us by the carrier for the delivery of unstamped shipments (from € 14.00). This means that these costs will be at least € 18.95. These costs will be deducted from the credit note of the items.
    Returns that are offered outside the return period will not be accepted. These will be returned to you at the expense of Posterdeco.Do you foresee a situation in which problems can arise? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
8. Reception at Posterdeco

After we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The same payment method used to pay for the purchase is used for the refund, unless otherwise agreed.
